Bone Collector

This is a large nicho/shadowbox, mixed-media piece and is made up of several components that include: a large wood nicho/shadowbox,  seven custom carved cut wood pieces, six wood rounds, one oval wood round and a wood rectangle base. It's been embellished with I-don't-know-how-many resin skull charms (that have been hand painted!), and a silver-toned metal thought bar that reads, "Bone Collector". The piece includes three battery powered tea lights and when they're lit up, the inside of the piece casts a warm glow! The pedestals that the tealights sit on are not removable. All of the embellishments (and tea light pedestals) have been securely mounted to the piece. 

The entire piece has been painted with acrylic/metallic paint, it measures approximately 11" x  8" x 12" (at highest, widest and deepest points) and has been varnished with a satin finish.  measure approximately 5" x 6 1/2" x 4". The piece has a nice weight to it and can sit on a table or shelf (no hanger is included). The colors are clear, vivid and accent each other nicely! I've titled, signed and dated this piece on the bottom.

This skull filled nicho/shadowbox is colorful, lively and looks even better in person!
