Red Lattice Heart And Sugar Skull

This is a heart shaped, mixed-media piece and is made up of several components that include: laser cut wood shapes, a paper mache skull, fabric/paper flowers, pearls, toothpicks and two upholstery tacks. The entire piece has been painted with acrylic and gold metallic paint, varnished with a gloss finish and all of the elements have been securely mounted. The piece measures 12" x 11 1/4" x 2 1/4" (at highest, widest and deepest points). The back of the piece has been painted a solid color and it too has been varnished with the same gloss finish. The piece is light weight and also includes a sawtooth hanger on the back; it's ready to hang. The colors are clear, vivid and accent each other nicely! I've initialed and dated the piece on the back.
