One-of-a-kind mixed-media Dia de los Muertos/Frida art!

Dia De Los Muertos Orange Vase Of Calaveras With Frida

This is a mixed-media piece and is made up of several components that include: an oval wood plaque, a wood peg (Frida), wood rose embellishments (at each end of the oval plaque) and an actual tiny, wood vase. The entire piece has been painted with acrylic paint and varnished with a gloss finish. Frida has been embellished with black pom pom hair, polymer clay/resin/aluminum flowers, glass/resin leaves, tiny polymer clay hearts/flowers and a skull charm. The orange vase of skulls are made up of skull charms, satin leaves and polymer clay flowers. All of the vase elements are secured in the vase with a bit of soft styrofoam. Frida and the vase are removable from the oval plaque (which measures 5 1/4" x 3 1/4" x 1 at the widest, highest and deepest points) and can be arranged any way you like.

The colors are clear and vivid and accent each other nicely! I've initialed and dated the oval plaque and Frida on the bottom.

This little gem is colorful, lively and looks even better in person!
