Double Sacred Heart With Sawblade

This is a heart shaped, mixed-media piece  and is made up of several components that include: wood, laser cut wood shapes, a fine bisque flaming sacred heart, six xacto blades, a silver painted wood saw blade, resin flowers, resin and glass leaves, satin flowers, colorful satin braiding and a silver charm that reads, "Know in your heart you are loved". The entire piece has been painted with acrylic and silver/teal metallic paint, varnished with a gloss finish and all of the elements have been securely mounted. The piece measures 9 1/4" x 10 1/4" x 2" (at highest, widest and deepest points). The back of the piece has been painted a solid color and it too has been varnished with the same gloss finish. The piece has a nice weight to it and also includes a sawtooth hanger on the back; it's ready to hang. The colors are clear and vivid and accent each other nicely! I've initialed and dated the piece on the back.
