Poco Sol

This is a mixed-media piece entitled, "Poco Sol". The piece is made up of several components that include: wood, a small clay sun, laser cut wood shapes, two colorful ceramic flowers, ten small gold nails and thirty two gold textured nails. The entire piece has been painted with acrylic paint and varnished with a gloss finish. All of the elements have been securely mounted. The piece measures 5"x 7" x 2" (at highest, widest and deepest points). The back of the piece has been painted a solid color and it too has been varnished with the same gloss finish. The piece has a nice weight to it and includes a sawtooth hanger on the back; it's ready to hang. The colors are clear, vivid and accent each other nicely! I've titled, signed and dated the piece on the back.

"Poco Sol" is colorful, lively and looks great in person!
