This women's history month, come explore what womanhood looks like to the Artists of the Sierra Arts Foundation.

Every year since 1987, March has been celebrated as Women's History Month, and while it may seem like the Suffragettes

are a symbol of the past, there are still deep seated injustices performed against women in today's modern world.

With women securing the right to vote only a century ago, the changing of gender dynamics in the United States has been a slow process. This month in the Annex Gallery, local artists will be displaying what womanhood and women's rights mean to them.
